∎ Hygiene & Safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the preparation of salads, appetizers, and cold dishes while maintaining consistency.
∎ Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped before service.
∎ Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines to maintain quality.
∎ Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cold kitchen area, following food safety regulations.
∎ Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
∎ We are looking for Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team, specializing in the cold kitchen. The ideal candidates should have experience in preparing salads, appetizers, cold cuts, and dressings, with attention to detail and presentation.
