∎ জাতীয় পর্যায়ের বেসরকারী সংস্থা কমিউনিটি ডেভেলপমেন্ট সেন্টার (কোডেক) এর কর্মএলাকা চট্টগ্রাম, ফেনী, লক্ষ্মীপুর, নোয়াখালী, পটুয়াখালী, বরগুনা, বরিশাল এবং বাগেরহাট অঞ্চলের ১৩৭ টি শাখার অধীনে ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রম(এম আর এ সনদ নং ০১৭৮১-০০০৪৮-০০১০৩) পরিচালনার জন্য যোনাল ব্যবস্থাপক (মহিলা) পদে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের নিকট হতে দরখাস্ত আহবান করা হচ্ছে ।

∎ শিক্ষানবীশকাল ৩ মাস । যোগ্যতা ও কাজের দক্ষতার ভিত্তিতে ৩ মাস পর চাকরী নিয়মিতকরণ করা হবে। শিক্ষানবীশকাল শেষে চাকুরী নিয়মিতকরনের পর সংস্থারবিধি অনুযায়ী মূল বেতন ছাড়াও বাড়ি ভাড়া ভাতা, চিকিৎসাভাতা, যাতায়াতভাতা, মোবাইলভাতা, লাঞ্চ ভাতা, পি.এফ, গ্র্যাচুইটি, ছুটি নগদায়ন, উৎসব ভাতা, বৈশাখী ভাতা, প্রনোদনা ভাতা এবং গ্রুপ ইন্সুরেন্সসহ অন্যান্য সুবিধাদি প্রদান করা হবে।
