Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate (BSS or BA Passed)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly attend and document the meetings of youth group, targeted beneficiary households, and women platforms.
∎ Provide need-based support to youth group, targeted beneficiary households, and women platform leaders in establishing liaison with various stakeholders for accessing Social Safety Net Program (SSNP) provided by the Government of Bangladesh.
∎ Provide technical assistance to youth group, targeted beneficiary households, and women platform members to ensure sustained advocacy efforts with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensure consistent monitoring of livelihood initiatives discussed in the youth group, targeted beneficiary households, and women platform meetings, and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ Identify and engage youth members of the community with Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs to minimize dropouts from livelihood initiatives.
∎ Facilitate effective linkages between beneficiary households, women platform, and youth leaders with GoB and NGOs to access technical support for social and livelihood interventions.
∎ Regularly follow up with beneficiaries to ensure they are receiving the necessary inputs for sustaining both on-farm and off-farm activities initiated earlier.
∎ Communicate with social leaders, women leaders, health workers, Union Parishad (UP), Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), and teachers to establish effective linkage with government and non-government stakeholders.
∎ Represent HEKS/EPER and DASCOH on behalf of the project in interactions with the government and no-government authorities and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure documentation and reporting of the project in coordination with relevant youth groups, beneficiaries, women platforms, stakeholders, Area Coordinator and Project Coordinator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in similar position of any livelihood/food security, climate change community development or other development programme.
∎ Working experiences with Ethnic and Dalit communities, person with disabilities and other marginalized communities will be considered as an advantage in favour of the candidature.
∎ Having willingness to drive motorcycle skill with valid motorcycle license.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22880 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
