Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Community mobilization & sensitization
∎ Group Formation with adolescent, parents & guardians
∎ Regular field visitRegular Household visit
∎ Arrange trainings and prepare training report
∎ Conduct courtyard session
∎ Liaison and build up relationships with community base LGI representatives, LSP, and other stakeholders for sensitizing on child protection
∎ Conduct training of children, adolescent, parents, teachers, religious leaders, LGI representatives
∎ Data entry
∎ If the applicant has previous experience working as a Peer Leader or Community Mobilizer in social and behavior change projects, it must be mentioned in the application.
∎ The applicant must be a permanent resident of the relevant union. However, experienced candidates in SBC projects will be given preference even if not a permanent resident.
∎ The candidate should be accepted within the community and have the mental preparedness to work under challenging conditions.
∎ Must be willing to travel outside the area for any meetings or training sessions.
∎ Any other necessary tasks (logical, rightful and reasonable) assigned by the authority.
