∎ PULSE Bangladesh Society is a non-government and non-profitable organization working based on Cox`s Bazar. It has been implementing number of projects on humanitarian spaces since its inception in 2008. Main objectives of the projects are to develop socio-economic condition of the disadvantages and backyard families including health, education, hygiene, child nutrition, psycho-socio care, etc. for both Rohingya and host communities of Cox`s Bazar district. We are going to open an opportunity for carrier development of energetic and experienced candidated for the project of Protection of Women & Girls through Psychosocial Support, legal & Community Outreach in Cox`s Bazar.

∎ Reported To: Program Co-ordinator/Assistant Program Coordinator
∎ OVERALL PURPOSE:
∎ To lead the team with providing an outstanding programme for PSS which will inspire, empower ,and stabilize the women folk both in Rohingya and host community
∎ To develop and deliver an innovative community engagement and programme for PSS through coordination with the CIC, Majhi and civil society members (host community) .
∎ To assist in meeting and co-ordinate the overall implementation of the programme from grass-root level by the direction and guideline of PC and APC of PSS project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work closely with the Programme Coordinator and team members to plan and deliver a community engagement programme of events, implementation, activities and resources focussing on the actual purpose. Hence engage in following task.
∎ Support to prepare action plan and coordination of a program and its activities
∎ Ensure implementation of activities as per guideline and supervise the team ensuring enabling working environment
∎ Ensure team support to establishment of safe space and safe shelter and outreach program Undertake field visit to provide support to field activities
∎ Facilitate the training, meeting and workshop to fulfil the purpose of the object.
∎ Monitoring regular activities and provide support to the team as and when required
∎ Ensure organization of training/meeting/workshop
∎ Participate to prepare budget breakdown and purchase materials following the organization rules and procedure
∎ Maintain communications with the different stakeholders, public administration maintaining liaison with the G.O/NGO and relevant development agencies and communication with social media.
∎ Help to build positive relations within the team and external parties
∎ Share findings of the field and support to project management in all aspect.
∎ Ensure appropriate message is being used and disseminate correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
∎ Prepare related documents and timely submission of the report
∎ Conduct weekly, monthly meeting and record keeping
∎ Ensure support for emergency operations and strengthens the team work.
∎ Perform any other related duties as required by the management
∎ Fulfil any other duties and responsibilities as required by the management.
∎ Review the planned budget on weekly basis for the sake of proper implementation of the activities.
∎ To explore options for creative outreach activities and spread around to create awareness:
∎ To work with other staff and keep inform the project office about different challenges and anomalies
∎ To work and collaboration with Programming Team to explore opportunities for engaging community in PSS activities.
∎ To develop a succession plan and build sustainability into the programme to ensure that it can continue once funding expires.
∎ To effectively evaluate the programme against planned aims and objectives, and to produce reports as required.
∎ To record participation figures and prepare internal and external reports and case studies as required.
∎ To subscribe to and support and ensure proper understanding and learning for all activity framework.
∎ Above all for the sake of programme he/she must oblige to carry out any decision given by management.

Salary: Tk. 64200 (Monthly)
