∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO, manage digital marketing campaigns,
∎ Develop and manage creative representation marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with people.
∎ Generates new ideas and approaches, researches best practices and proposes new, more effective ways of doing things.
∎ Work with the communication team to prepare videos and communication materials on project success stories.
∎ Provide communication support at events including preparation of press releases, announcements, and social media posts and organize photography and videography activities as required
∎ Setting up and maintaining a demonstration area, such as a table, stand, or booth at various events.
∎ Keeping the demonstration area tidy and well stocked with products, samples, and/or literature.
∎ Demonstrating the features of a product or service to potential customers.
∎ Employing interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows to share information about a product or service, when necessary.
∎ Prepare project documentation and monthly, quarterly and annual reports are being compiled and communications material is produced qualitatively within the appropriate time frame, work plans, objectives and approaches.
∎ Work closely with the Field teams and assist the Programme Manager and Project Manager in local-level coordination and representation.
∎ Conducting qualitative analysis of data conducted through interviews, focus groups, workshops or other methods.
∎ Carrying out quantitative data analysis of existing secondary data sets and primary quantitative data.
∎ Organize presentation for training, workshops, fairs etc. in different sectors for company needs
∎ Ensure effective reporting and visibility according to the analysis.
∎ Produce documents and analyses innovative strategies/best practices/new approaches, formulate case studies, knowledge management, comparative analysis with other company's profile.
∎ Identify and record success factors and incorporate best practices into project work.
∎ Assess and identify technical assistance needs regarding technical skills, supervision support, etc., for project components within the programme.
∎ Participate in the design, review, and updating of Detailed Implementation Plans and field activities under the project.
∎ Assure compilation of results, learning and uptake from all the activities..
∎ Ensure key project information is kept up to date to allow for successful programme management, by measuring, gathering, monitoring and storage of data including progress of activities against strategic and specific targets.
∎ expertise on the safeguarding of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation,
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the Authority.

∎ Age 26 to 35 years
