Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation From Renowned University.
∎ Compliance & Environment related Training will give preference.
∎ Experience at BSCI,Sedex & other social compliance audit.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Certification audit like BSCI, SEDEX, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit like GOTS, FCCA & Security System Audit like C-TPAT etc.
∎ Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house check list.
∎ Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
∎ Formulate and publish written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
∎ Prepare & ensure Corrective Action Plan (CAP) as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Cooperate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
∎ Verify that all licenses, certificates and regulatory policies and procedures have been updated, documented, implemented, and communicated.
∎ Modify policies or operating guidelines to comply with changes to environmental standards or regulations.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection
∎ Follow up all date, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Communicate with merchandising, Production and QA Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Buying House, Garments, Textile
∎ Well conversant with Accord and Alliance requirement and remediation knowledge / practical experience is a must.
∎ HIGG Index, BSCI, SEDEX, GSV, C-TPAT, FCCA, QMS, and all kinds of Social, Technical, Environmental Auditing Knowledge and working experience.
∎ Knowledge of Labor laws and rules, environmental laws, and BNBC, FIRE Department regulation, NFPA is needed.
