Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
∎ Under graduate degree - preferably in HR or law or business studies related
∎ Qualified Auditor by a third party audit company if possible
∎ Training/Trade Course: SA 8000, ISO
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support the compliance function of the company ( ethical / security / structural ) in Bangladesh .
∎ Working for the Bangladesh Compliance Manager to ensure that all factories working with the company meet the customers required standards, via regular third party audits and internal audits, and regular on site visits.
∎ Completing Compliance administration tasks.
∎ Working with potential new factories and get them approved for customers .
∎ Liaising with the local customer offices regarding ethical compliance audits done, and reviewing factories performance against standards .
∎ Plus working on any agreed projects with factories and customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Some Experience of working in Compliance / and or HR in a garment trading company or factory in Bangladesh for at least 2 years .
∎ Some Ethical knowledge - labour, environment & Health and Safety laws and fire safety in Bangladesh
∎ Basic knowledge of Building structural audits - eg Accord & Alliance audits
∎ Basic knowledge of customer ethical compliance standards requirements
∎ Good interpersonal skills - as working with many people in a number of environments ie many factories and customers
∎ Communication - need to be have good English written skills and good English oral proficiency
∎ Good computer skills - need to be able to use a number of different programmes
∎ Good administration skills - need to be careful and accurate in recording data for information for all the factories for compliance
∎ Good potential auditing and reporting skills
∎ Personal skills - need to be self directed, self disciplined, and organised.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 13 months pay, Others benefits will be given as per company policy.
