Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA (HRM)/ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline.
∎ Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance/ PGDPM from any reputed institute will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per legal standards.
∎ Ensure ISO standard production quality and reporting to management.
∎ Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ To face audit like ISO & EMV as required.
∎ Monitor daily worker's safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
∎ Arrange training's such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid and Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
∎ Ensure safety, product safety and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ Maintain and make renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permits.
∎ Arrange all kinds of meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers.
∎ Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses.
∎ Keep updated on internal standards and business goals.
∎ Any other job assigned by Top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to cope up with a challenging environment.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
