∎ Strong typing speed with accuracy in Bangla and English.
∎ Must need to know Bangla typing in Bijoy Bayanno.
∎ Skill on Internet Browsing.
∎ Need to know Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Type and format documents in Bangla and in English.
∎ Prepare Excel spreadsheets (Bangla and English) for officials as and when required.
∎ Assist the executives in preparing and maintaining office files, scanning, printing, and photocopying program related documents.
∎ Assist program personnel for computer related activities.
∎ Manage and organize all types of internal and external documents.
∎ Data entry in Excel and Software.
∎ Should be dedicated to daily task completion.
∎ Keep close coordination with co-worker and update information.
∎ Assist the executives in preparing and maintaining office files, scanning, printing, and photocopying program related documents
∎ Assist program personnel for computer related activities.
∎ Manage and organize all types of internal and external documents. Proper assist/support to office Management/staffs.
∎ Perform daily clean up duties to head office.
∎ Perform day to day work as required.
∎ Keep all necessary documents (forms, reports, files, guidelines, etc.) organized and up-to-date.
∎ Ensure office cleaning including furniture, office equipment etc.
∎ Assists, Monitor and maintain stock levels of kitchen supplies and office stationery as well.
∎ General Admin and Logistic duties, including photocopying, file documentation work.
∎ Collecting documents and distributing to the Govt. Office/Vendor's office as required.
∎ Photocopy, documents dispatch as required. Assist in any office work as may be required.
∎ Before leaving the office, should check if all the systems are switched off, lights and fans are switched off, and doors and windows of the cabinet are closed.
∎ Providing refreshments to staff and clients from one of the kitchens or the coffee bar Distributing out refreshments, lunches and dinners to staff and guests.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management.
