Job Context:
∎ Working Hour: Saturday - Thursday (10 AM to 7 PM)
∎ This is a full-time job for the "Consultant (Overseas Education & Immigration)".
∎ Applicants must have Excellent Communication skills in both Bangla and English. The employee has to deal with students and their guardians, counsel them properly and serve them cordially with authenticity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your job responsibilities will include to :
∎ Recruiting New Student(s) for the company
∎ Ensure all clients receive the best customer service and suggestions as per prescribed guidelines on Student VISA
∎ Communicate with prospective clients visiting our office and over the phone
∎ Communicate and coordinate with clients through calls, massage, and mail.
∎ Communicate with Foreign Universities/ Colleagues on behalf of Company
∎ Foreign University online Application
∎ To consult with the students and guardians over the phone about the admission procedure of foreign universities.
∎ Communicate with Foreign University's international Office regarding admission
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Provide support on document preparation regarding Student application to the clients with guidance
∎ Maintain the Social media platform of UDC & generate clients.
∎ Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary.
∎ Any other relevant tasks to be assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and presentation skills
∎ Good Proficiency over the English Language for verbal and nonverbal communication
∎ Mature enough to handle all kinds of clients and situations
∎ Capable to handle customer queries.
∎ Computer literacy
