∎ Must speak pure Bengali language.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must know about facebook,WhatsApp, email etc. Customers must receive phone calls.
∎ Deal directly with customers either by telephone or Text
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative achievements.
∎ Must know computer products and accessories
∎ Compiling, verifying accuracy and inputting data
∎ Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15900 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Per company policy.
