∎ Minimum 1 year working experience in any reputed Contact Center/Call Center (Preferably Bank).
∎ Fresh Graduates with excellent academic records can also apply.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
∎ Excellent presentation & communication skills
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office – Office & Excel
∎ Shift Duty (Contact Center remains operational for 24/7.
∎ Therefore shift duty may be in any time including night as per schedule)

∎ Knowledge, Competencies & skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend customer calls and provide effective solutions within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
∎ Monitor call queue metrics i.e. waiting, abandonment and follow up with customers accordingly.
∎ Conduct outbound tele sales / telemarketing calls to promote the bank's products and services, generate leads, and acquire new customers.
∎ Record customer complaints and forward them to the appropriate Division/Department/Branch.
∎ Follow up on customer inquiries or problems and ensure timely resolution from concerned units.
∎ Provide accurate and prompt product/service information via inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Maintain and update the customer database with relevant interaction details.
∎ Handle customer complaints with professionalism, offering timely and effective solutions.
∎ Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken.
∎ Initiate tele sales, cross sales, card sales as per the SOP.
