∎ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content writing and digital content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing video scripts, social media captions, blog posts, and marketing copy.
∎ Proficiency in writing engaging and creative content for digital platforms, including video scripts, social media posts, and marketing materials.
∎ Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content optimization.
∎ Knowledge of SEO principles and how to write content that ranks.
∎ Creative thinking with a strong ability to tell stories through text, images, and video.
∎ Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., WordPress, social media scheduling tools, etc.).
∎ Ability to work with visuals—either through basic photo editing or working closely with a graphics team.
∎ Fluency in both English and Bangla, with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
∎ Personality Traits: Highly creative, adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

∎ Story-Based Marketing Content: Develop engaging, story-driven content that connects with audiences on an emotional level. This includes writing stories for videos, advertisements, and brand campaigns that drive interest and engagement.
∎ Reels & Short-Form Video Scripts: Write scripts for Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, TikTok, and other short-form video content that capture attention quickly and are optimized for virality and engagement.
∎ Live Video Scripts: Create engaging scripts for live video sessions, product launches, webinars, and behind-the-scenes content. Ensure these videos stay engaging and interactive for viewers.
∎ Social Media Post Captions: Write compelling and catchy captions for daily social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Tailor each post to drive engagement and promote interaction with followers.
∎ Photo Content for Social Media: Work with the graphics team to create captioned photo content for various social media campaigns. This includes creating engaging captions that tell a story and highlight key features of our projects or offerings.
∎ Digital Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create high-quality written content for marketing campaigns, blogs, email newsletters, website copy, and advertisements.
∎ Content Strategy & Campaigns: Help plan and execute content strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals. Develop a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across channels.
