Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Control the central control room automation system to ensure a smooth production process.
∎ Operate various equipment in certain process such as grinding, mixing, batching, Drying/cooling and Bagging/packaging.
∎ Implement shift-wise production planning to achieve desired targets.
∎ Handle all kinds of operations safely according to plant operational procedures to ensure an error-free production process.
∎ Calibrate and troubleshoot any kinds of automation, power and building interface systems.
∎ Conduct emergency operations for electric service and protecting plant equipment.
∎ Maintain shift-wise register record for future documentation.
