∎ Must have Master's degree with good academic records. No third division at any level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Candidate should have at least 12 years of experience including 6 years as Deputy/Asst. Controller of Examinations.At least 6 years’ experience as Assistant Controller of Exam. Proficiency in computer is a must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To carry on all work connected with the conduct of University Examinations in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Ordinances and Regulations and by the Academic Council and the Syndicate, and other designated committees; maintain link with Deans and Department Chairs on plans, programs and schedule.
∎ Be the custodian of all question papers, examinations scripts, certificates and diplomas, mark sheets, tabulation sheets and all records pertaining to examinations. Other relevant works assigned by the university authority.
