Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accountabilities:
∎ Carry out the preparation of meals for staff
∎ Follow, at all times, all hygiene standards and security rules.
∎ Control stock of food, ask for anything needed on time, and prepare shopping list and make purchases if required.
∎ Ensure meals to be served on time.
∎ If applicable set table before every meal and clean it up after each meal.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of all facilities, utensils and equipment.
∎ If domestic cook, ensure the provision of drinkable water during the day and when she / he leaves: cleaning, filling the filter and empty bottles, changing batteries if necessary.
∎ Look after all equipment provided.
∎ Keep an inventory of MSF kitchen utensils and equipment, i.e. plates, glasses, cutlery, cookware, etc., and ensure its integrity.
∎ Report all important information (losses, robbery, damages, deterioration, incident, etc.).to supervisor

∎ খাবারের স্টক নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা, সময়মতো প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসপত্র চাওয়া এবং কেনাকাটার তালিকা তৈরি করা এবং প্রয়োজনে কেনাকাটা করা।
∎ সময়মতো খাবার পরিবেশন নিশ্চিত করা ।
∎ খাবারের আগে টেবিল সেট করা এবং খাবারের পরে তা পরিষ্কার করা ।
∎ তৈজসপত্র এবং অন্যান্য সরঞ্জামাদি পরিষ্কার রাখা
∎ যদি গৃহস্থালীর রান্না করেন, তাহলে দিনের বেলা এবং যখন তিনি চলে যান তখন সুপেয় পানির ব্যবস্থা নিশ্চিত করা: পরিষ্কার করা, ফিল্টার এবং খালি বোতল ভর্তি করা।
∎ সরবরাহ করা সমস্ত সরঞ্জামাদির যত্ন নেওয়া।
∎ MSF রান্নাঘরের বাসনপত্র এবং সরঞ্জাম, যেমন প্লেট, গ্লাস, কাটলারি, রান্নার সরঞ্জাম ইত্যাদির একটি তালিকা রাখা এবং সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা ।
∎ সমস্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য (ক্ষয়ক্ষতি, হারিয়ে যাওয়া, ক্ষতি, ঘটনা ইত্যাদি) সুপারভাইজারকে জানানো ।
∎ MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities:
∎ Purchase the groceries, vegetable and other items as needed.
∎ Make weekly report of daily purchase, total money collected and spent.
∎ Follow hygiene and safety procedures for food handling, storage and preparation
∎ Ensure fresh ingredients are available and minimizing wastage of food
∎ Clean the cooking & dining areas daily, perform deep cleaning of kitchen regularly
∎ প্রয়োজনে মুদি বাজার , শাকসবজি এবং অন্যান্য জিনিসপত্র ক্রয় করা ।
∎ প্রতিদিনের কেনাকাটা, সংগৃহীত এবং ব্যয়কৃত মোট টাকার সাপ্তাহিক রিপোর্ট / প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা ।
∎ খাদ্য পরিচালনা, সংরক্ষণ এবং প্রস্তুতির জন্য স্বাস্থ্যবিধি এবং সুরক্ষা পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করা ।'
∎ তাজা খাবার নিশ্চিত করা এবং খাবারের অপচয় রোধ করা ।
∎ রান্না এবং খাবারের জায়গা প্রতিদিন পরিষ্কার করা , নিয়মিত রান্নাঘরের ডীপ ক্লিন / পরিষ্কার করা ।

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ • Salary according to MSF salary grid (Level 2) BDT 30895, two (2) annual leave days per month worked. Medical insurance for employees and direct dependents.
