∎ Age at least 25 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and cook large-scale meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) for 300+ trainees and staff daily.
∎ Follow fixed menus or adapt based on availability of ingredients and special instructions.
∎ Ensure timely preparation and serving of all meals.
∎ Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
∎ Ensure proper storage and handling of raw and cooked food to avoid contamination.
∎ Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols as per health regulations.
∎ Monitor daily stock of vegetables, spices, grains, and other ingredients.
∎ Inform kitchen supervisor/admin for timely procurement of supplies.
∎ Avoid wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.
∎ Supervise and participate in daily cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
∎ Ensure proper waste disposal practices are followed.
∎ Suggest improvements or cost-effective alternatives to the administration.
∎ Be prepared to cook during special events, inspections, or during staff shortages.
∎ Provide support for emergency food preparation (late-night meals, sick trainees, etc.).
