∎ Graduation from any recognized institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop capacity of the cooperative management committee on leadership skill, financial management, business management, conflict management and negotiation skills. planning, staffing, organizing, monitoring etc.
∎ Assist in preparing annual and strategic plan for cooperative and ensure quality of training
∎ facilitate to increase members at cooperative level
∎ Facilitate training and workshop with cooperative and different stakeholders and ensure quality of training
∎ Re enforce the Heifers cornerstones at cooperative and facilitate periodic PSRP
∎ Assist to conduct cooperative capacity assessment and implement the action plan properly.
∎ Facilitate agro/non agro based enterprise at HH level and cooperative level.
∎ Assist to aggregate and marketing of agricultural products of cooperative
∎ Maintain effective communication with market actors
∎ Assist to explore business opportunities for cooperative and increase income of cooperative
∎ Meet SHGs regularly, visit participants households observe field activities critically identify operational and programmatic constraints and ensure remedial options in a participatory manner.
∎ Ensure project implementation at the cooperative and SHG level
∎ Organize different meeting and workshops per project requirement
∎ Prepare necessary report
∎ Provide all sort of backstopping support for smooth operation of the cooperative
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 years working experience in developing IGA, small enterprise and value chain on agriculture and livestock areas
∎ Working experience in mid-level project management/supervisory position
∎ Commitment towards working for the poor and extreme poor people
∎ Report writing skill in English
∎ Having computer knowledge MS word/excel
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license
Salary:
∎ Tk.18,522/= Tk. and other project benefits
