Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the product launch target successfully by synchronizing the individual achievement of designers, production, merchandiser and stores with well decorated finished products.
∎ Communicate with design teams to assist in new projects.
∎ Meet the project deadline
∎ Research, sourcing and quote for raw materials, collect documentation of new materials or ingredients and establish timelines while tracking each project to ensure that they remain within budget.
∎ Sourcing producers and suppliers as per product requirement
∎ Supervise effective R&D to ensure the good product for every project
∎ Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with designers & other teams.
∎ Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
∎ Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products.
∎ Assess the scope of research projects and ensure they are on time and within budget.
∎ Document all phases of research and development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent working skills in MS Office.
∎ Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in any reputed manufacturing industry or Group of companies.
