Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the ability to lead a team.
∎ Have the ability to implement new ideas, principles and rules for the development of the school.
∎ Must have the knowledge to implement national curriculum effectively.
∎ Prepare Lesson plans, teaching materials and developing curriculum for effective teaching.
∎ Must have the Knowledge to prepare class routine for a large number of teachers.
∎ Must have a vast knowledge about the question pattern and syllabus for Pre-primary, Primary & Secondary level (Both in Bangla & English Version).
∎ Ensuring that students are involved in learning.
∎ Giving feedback about students’ performance and their activities to the Principal.
∎ Communicating effectively with students, parents and other professionals.
∎ Executing the day to day plans under the direction of Principal/Vice principal.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to student’s exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Maintaining a professional attitude and devotion to the Academy at all times including confidentiality.
∎ Ability to prepare any type of report in English
∎ Performing other duties or responsibilities as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 3 year(s) teaching and administrative experience as a coordinator in a reputed College/School.
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Teaching (Playgroup to Secondary level), Student Counseling, Ensuring Student centered learning, designing activities & making Plan.
∎ Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and power point, Excel. Ability to make presentation with projector.
∎ Must have strong command in English.
