∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3-5 year working experience in NGO especially in the field of training/capacity building.
∎ The candidate should be knowledgeable about TOT and other training methods.
∎ Candidates with special course on training will get preference.
∎ The candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy is essential.
∎ The candidate should be an expert user of Microsoft Office package especially Power point presentation.
∎ The candidate should demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
∎ The candidate should be proactive in taking new and innovative initiatives.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to prepare annual training need assessment;
∎ Develop, update and record training module, manual & curriculum;
∎ Support training related activities of head office and all projects;
∎ Conduct all general trainings of the organizations;
∎ Organize, conduct and manage different staff trainings, orientation and workshops;
∎ Design and develop training programs (outsource and/or in-house);
∎ Select appropriate training methods or activities;
∎ Develop and prepare audio-visual training presentations;
∎ Gather feedback from participants after each training;
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training records;
∎ Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment;
∎ Attend different management meetings as per the instruction of higher authority;
∎ Assist to prepare training budget on a monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly basis;
∎ Prepare and submit training reports;
∎ Assist in recruitment process of the organization;
∎ Oversee the printing and publication activities;
∎ Maintain functional and effective coordination with all departments or projects of the organization;
∎ Provide training to newly recruited staffs including Pre-Service Orientation (PSO);
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ respective Director.
∎ Christian Service Society (CSS) is a renowned national NGO with 2,100 employees. We are currently looking for an experienced "Coordinator-Training" who will be assisting his/her Director to identify training needs of the staffs and map-out capacity development plans for individuals and teams. S/he is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating and conducting different training programs.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
