Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guide students in choosing the right course, university, or career path.
∎ Provide information on study options, admission process, and visa requirements.
∎ Help students with application forms, SOPs, and other required documents.
∎ Communicate with students and parents to understand their needs and goals.
∎ Stay updated on university admission rules, deadlines, and scholarships.
∎ Follow up with students during the application process and offer ongoing support.
∎ Maintain student records and ensure proper documentation.
∎ Support in organizing seminars, webinars, or student counseling sessions.
∎ Build good relationships with universities and academic partners.
∎ Respond to student queries through calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
