∎ 7 to 8 years in corporate sales and 4-5 years in B2b leadership role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Banks, Insurance, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
∎ Proven track record of driving business growth and managing large scale portfolios.
∎ Strong network and exceptional communication skill

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute corporate sales targets and lead a team of corporate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Manage key customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
∎ Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and risk.
∎ Support the Head of Corporate Business in executing the corporate sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Provide regular training and performance feedback to enhance team productivity.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster long-term partnerships.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to improve market positioning.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
