∎ CMA certification (partly qualified or finalist preferred).

∎ CMA certification (partly qualified or finalist preferred).
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in pharmaceuticals, retail, or FMCG sectors.
∎ Experience with ERP/accounting software and inventory management systems.
∎ Advanced knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling.
∎ Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

∎ Analyze, monitor, and report cost variances across pharmacy operations.
∎ Maintain detailed cost records and prepare cost statements regularly.
∎ Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for accurate stock valuation and cost allocation.
∎ Evaluate cost efficiency in procurement, logistics, and retail distribution.
∎ Prepare profitability analysis and support strategic financial planning.
∎ Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal cost policies.
