Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counter Bus Ticket sales
∎ Develop a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfactions.
∎ Separates and files copies of completed tickets.
∎ Liaises with online ticketing system service providers regarding the system capabilities and proposes to the line manager any additions or adjustments needed.
∎ Make sure that the tickets are serially sold.
∎ Make sure the bus line maintaining.
∎ Make sure that one ticket doesn't sell to another.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
∎ Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year from other bus services( i.e: Green line, S Alam, T.R Travels etc)
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s).
∎ Ticket selling (Ac & Non Ac)

Salary: Negotiable
