∎ MBA/Postgraduate/Bachelor of Business in Fashion Clothing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide the necessary leadership and management to achieve the financial objectives determined through the business strategy.
∎ To establish and develop the appropriate infrastructure to achieve these objectives.
∎ Define implement and monitor all sourcing strategies through the continuous development of an optimum vendor frame. Secure the best makeup, delivery performance, lead time, and quality of products.
∎ Proactively identify, communicate, drive and residue all issues, internal or external, which impacts workflow policies and procedures.
∎ Accountability for the coordination training and performance of all merchandising teams in Cotton Group S.A.
∎ Ensure that the sourced products conform strictly to agreed levels of quality and, where appropriate, labor standards and practices.
∎ Direct and implement organizational structure and teams to achieve performance excellence.
∎ Develop succession planning for the organizational structure.
∎ Make a meaningful contribution on management issues as a member of a broader management team.

∎ Full command in English language; other language are a plus
∎ An understanding of the European customer lease and mentality
