Educational Requirements:
∎ University Degree in any discipline
∎ Preferably Degree holder in international Trade or business management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide the necessary leadership and management to achieve the financial objectives determined through the business strategy.
∎ To establish and develop the appropriate infrastructure to achieve these objectives.
∎ Define implement and monitor all sourcing strategies through the continuous development of an optimum vendor frame. Secure the best make up, delivery performance, lead time and quality of products.
∎ Proactively identify, communicate, drive and residue all issues, internal or external, which impacts workflow policies and procedures.
∎ Accountability for the coordination training and performance of all merchandising teams in The Cotton Group S.A.
∎ Ensure that the sourced products conform strictly to agreed levels of quality and, where appropriate, labor standards and practices.
∎ Direct and implement organizational structure and teams to achieve performance excellence.
∎ Develop succession planning for the organizational structure.
∎ Make a meaningful contribution on management issues as a member of a broader management team.

∎ Strong communication skills and analytical aptitude.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent people management and a strong sense of diplomacy
∎ Proven leadership in a diverse cultural environment
∎ Solid business knowledge in business administration and finance matters
∎ Full command in English language; other language are a plus
∎ An understanding of the European customer lease and mentality
