Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementation of short and long duration courses approved by Bangladesh Technical Education Board and NSDA (National Skill Development Authority)
∎ Organize academic and administrative formalities for conducting classes, evaluation, exam and certification from the authorities
∎ Coordinate and guide the course instructors for their respective courses
∎ Launch new courses and conduct them successfully as per the Institution policies
∎ Guide and train the new instructors to get used to the system of the institute
∎ Supervise the instructors in preparing Syllabus, modules and course materials
∎ Class distribution, Routine preparation and Evaluation planning
∎ Organize various training programs supported by different GOs and NGos
∎ Take challenge while it comes to Student Admission
∎ Maintain all Registers (Attendance Register, Record Register, Lesson Plan Register, Notice Register, etc.)
∎ Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required
∎ Organize different Annual Program (Workshop, Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debates etc.)
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution
∎ Counselling and promotional activities when needed
∎ Visit Class rooms frequently and be aware of the problems of both the Teachers and the students
∎ Monitor the completion of work syllabuses, etc. on a monthly basis
∎ Monitor the performance and contribution of each Teacher of his/her class in daily work such as discipline during class hours, communication, quality, absence, monthly work such as Syllabus completion, Lesson plan preparation, Class Tests, etc.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management
∎ Closely work with the institute coordination team and follow the guidelines of academic unit and HR department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience about the Vocational Education, BTEB courses and NSDA course patterns
∎ Experience in classroom teaching, teaching and training in vocational institutes, college, skill development institutes
