∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Masters degree in any discipline

∎ Be a learning enthusiast.
∎ Passion for writing.
∎ A great command of the English & Bangla language.
∎ Excellent grasp of the formal and casual usage of English & Bangla.
∎ Minimum 1 year of any writing experience (News organization/Blog/Independent or freelance articles/Content Developer)
∎ Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
∎ Any degrees from anywhere.
∎ Experience with IT Enabled Services, Software Company.
∎ Experience/any training with social media & marketing (SMM) content writing/SEO.
∎ Online Marketing Knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make a strategic plan for Content Management, Content Marketing, and Creative Content
∎ Creating a strategic content calendar for the specific business niche Researching, and organizing facts and sources.
∎ Creating sophisticated post-content Writing content on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (social media, website, articles, etc.).
∎ Regular brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies.
∎ Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers.
∎ Create engaging, high-quality content for websites and blogs in both Bangla and English.
∎ Collaborate with the team to refine your writing skills under the direct supervision of our CEO.
∎ Conduct research to produce well-informed, accurate, and creative content.
∎ We're looking for someone who loves writing in English and Bangla and can easily put his/her thoughts or ideas for effective messaging into words with creativity.
