Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
∎ Strong creative thinking, artistic skills, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visuals.
∎ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
∎ Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
∎ Understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
∎ The ability to create original illustrations and conceptual artwork is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience in website/app design is an advantage.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining creative quality.
∎ Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
∎ Experience with motion graphics and animation.
∎ Photography and video editing skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conceptualize and design unique, eye-catching visuals for digital and print media.
∎ Develop brand-aligned creative campaigns that enhance our company’s image.
∎ Design social media graphics, digital ads, posters, brochures, packaging, presentations, and promotional materials.
∎ Brainstorm and bring fresh ideas, trends, and innovative design solutions.
∎ Work on illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics for storytelling and brand promotion.
∎ Ensure all designs are aesthetically appealing, original, and aligned with brand guidelines.
∎ Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
