∎ 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
∎ Ability to think strategically and creatively.Key Skills:
∎ Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
∎ Expertise in branding, web design, and visual storytelling.
∎ Creative problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
∎ Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
