∎ Minimum 02 (two) years working experience as credit analyst or relevant experience in a commercial Bank / Financial Institution.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process of credit/Investment proposals assigned by the line management.
∎ Remain time bound to process credit proposals for recommendation of the line management.
∎ Communicate with Branch Credit Officers thorough mail and any verbal communication where there are very urgent requirements.
∎ Analysis of the credit proposal through assessment of different risks factors like financial risk, business/industry risk, management risk, security risk, relationship risk, marketing risk etc. and prepare credit memo as per designed format and place the memo to reporting authority for their recommendation.
∎ Prepare presentation of proposal for credit committee meeting/Board.
∎ Forward the Credit Memo to the competent/appropriate authority for approval after necessary amendment as per credit committee recommendation (if necessary).
∎ Prepare and communicate declined/deferred decision to the concerned Branch if the proposed credit facilities are not justified after thorough assessment of the proposal.
∎ Maintain MIS and systematic filing process to ensure timely and quick accessibility to the necessary file.
∎ Ensure Early Alert reporting through identification of deteriorating sign at the initial stage.
∎ Visit client's factory/outlets as and when required.
∎ All other related jobs as and when required for smooth operation of the Department assigned by the line management.
