Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting our products/services.
∎ Good problem solving skills.
∎ Must have good listening skills.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team targets.
∎ Understand the customer’s issue and solve the issue.
