∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Languages Required: Bengali & English].
∎ Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
∎ Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously (phone, chat, email).
∎ Proficiency in online tools, chat systems, and CRM platforms.
∎ High typing speed with accuracy (preferred for chat & email support).
∎ Prior experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
∎ Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS & Android) for tech-related inquiries.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answer incoming calls professionally and ensure instant customer satisfaction.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, chat, and social media.
∎ Offer detailed product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
∎ Maintain a high standard of call quality and ensure effective issue resolution.
∎ Receive and log customer complaints in the system, ensuring prompt resolution.
∎ Provide timely updates on issue resolution and maintain a positive customer relationship.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
∎ Assist in marketing initiatives to boost company visibility and customer engagement.
∎ Develop strategies to attract potential customers and enhance retention.
∎ Report on sales performance, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
∎ Alert management about critical customer concerns requiring immediate action.
∎ Prepare reports as requested by management to enhance service quality.
