Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related questions.
∎ Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
∎ Record customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, etc.) to solve customer problems efficiently.
∎ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and issue resolution.
