Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicating with customers.
∎ Inbound & Out bound phone calls.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Follow up daily information.
∎ Outdoor marketing/to attend events & fairs
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office (Dhanmondi 3/A, Dhaka).
∎ Duty Time: 10 am to 7 pm.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with customers.
