∎ Work Days: Sunday to Friday.
∎ Work Timings: 10:00 am to 7.00 pm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend to all enquiries received on Social Media Channels / Phone Calls / WhatsApp.
∎ Maintain data on PC about all enquiries and case histories.
∎ Communicate with India based team on email / WhatsApp / phone call regarding the enquiries.
∎ Coordinate the written advise received from India based team with the Patient / Patient's family in BD.
∎ Arrange online conference calls, as and when required, between Indian Hospital and the Patient / Patient's family.
∎ Coordinate all local marketing efforts / pitches.
∎ Coordinate OPD sessions by visiting Indian Doctors in Bangladesh.
∎ Travel within Bangladesh / India as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Min Experience Requirement: 1-2 years in similar role in Customer Care & Management.
∎ Gender Eligibility: Females are preferred.
