∎ Skills Required: Excellent in Operating Computer, Good convincing ability, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Microsoft word and excel, Must have good typing speed (Both Bangla English)., patience and flexible
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Working Time:
∎ Morning Shift: 10 am - 7 pm (Only Female)
∎ Evening Shift 2 pm - 11 pm (Only Male)
∎ Job Location: Uttara Sector-4, Road-12, House-10, Dhaka-1230
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make calls to the customers.
∎ Capable of handling Customer queries & complaints instantly.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Must be able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt holidays.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 9000 - 12000 (Monthly)
