Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & Make Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Collect customer's feedback and solve issues in time.
∎ Must able to work by shifting & willingly to work in Govt. holidays.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ensure customers satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Make report to supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Experienced Candidate will get priority but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support,
∎ telemarketing, Facebook page management, e-mail management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: e-commerce
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory.
∎ Responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hard working, punctual.
∎ Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with team member.
