∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
∎ Passion for movies and interacting with people.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, disciplined, and outcome-driven.
∎ Ethical integrity is a must.
∎ Fresher’s: Smart, well-mannered, eager to learn.
∎ Experienced (1–2 years): Prior experience in restaurants, coffee lounges, or similar settings preferred.
∎ Prior work in hospitality, retail, brand promotions, or trade fairs is a plus

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle ticket sales, validations, and ensure efficient queue management with accurate reporting and staff coordination.
∎ Oversee guest flow at entry/exit points, ensuring smooth movement, safety, and coordination with security teams.
∎ Supervise F&B counters for service quality, hygiene, and inventory management.
∎ Resolve guest queries, uphold service standards, and gather feedback to enhance the customer experience.
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in assigned area and maintain service flow during customer interaction.
∎ Respond to customer queries and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
∎ Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and brand standards at all times.
∎ Act as a brand ambassador by promoting a welcoming environment and contributing to a positive movie going experience.
