Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and respond to messages from leads on Facebook, converting them into prospective clients.
∎ Collect phone numbers from leads and schedule meetings based on their availability and our meeting slots.
∎ Coordinate meeting times and dates with the sales team and clients.
∎ Call leads on the day of the meeting to confirm availability or reschedule if necessary.
∎ Provide necessary information to the sales team to prepare for meetings, including client needs and preferences.
∎ Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, meeting schedules, and client feedback.
∎ Ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients and the sales team.
∎ Follow up with leads who need more time to decide and nurture them until a decision is made.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
