Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact over phone calls, engaging with clients from the initial inquiry stage, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth transition through each phase of the interior design project.
∎ Collect detailed client briefs, preferences, and expectations to support the design team in delivering personalized and functional interior solutions.
∎ Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and site visits between clients and interior designers to keep projects on track and clients well-informed
∎ Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent follow-up, after-sales support, and engaging in post-project feedback.
∎ Support the sales and design teams by following up with potential leads, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed projects.
∎ Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels post-project to identify opportunities for improvement and encourage referrals or repeat business.
∎ Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems with empathy and efficiency to maintain a positive brand image.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and help shape product or service enhancements.
