Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with sales and retail teams to source customer-focused offers and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Drive loyalty programs and engagement plans for loyalty cardholders, enhancing their journey and maximizing long-term value.
∎ Develop and execute monthly promotional activities and campaigns tailored to retail seasons, health awareness, and customer segments.
∎ Regularly monitor Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), track behavioral patterns, and deploy initiatives to prevent churn.
∎ Identify opportunities to increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) through cross-promotion and relevant health-based offerings.
∎ Build a connected experience between Pharmacy and Diagnostic businesses, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Support marketing communication with targeted messaging to specific customer segments, reinforcing the brand's voice of care and reliability.
∎ Ensure CRM efforts contribute to a positive, trustworthy, and valued brand image through meaningful and customer-friendly initiatives.
