∎ HSC, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ You must know how to negotiate with customers.
∎ You must follow the instructions given by the trainer.
∎ Should meet weekly sales target and be punctual at work.
∎ You should be a good listener in order to be successful at work.
∎ Don't apply, if you have BAD ENGLISH. This Job is all about communication skills patience & dedication.
∎ Educational background doesn't really matter as long as you speak GOOD ENGLISH.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will be under 6 months of probation period contract.
∎ The increment will be given based on performance.
∎ You can be our full-time member if you are a good performer.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
∎ Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
∎ Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
∎ Previous experience in a customer support role
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

∎ Highly Skilled candidates can earn upto 10,000/- on top of salary. Attendance Bonus 2000/- BDT Transport Bonus 1500/- BDT Dinner will be fully covered by office (after 3 months). You will be rewarded with daily floor cash.
