Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving phone calls from clients.
∎ Answer phone call and social media queries in a polite and professional manner.
∎ Reply messenger, WhatsApp messages and input patient data to the CRM Software.
∎ Schedule appointments for patients to appointment booking software.
∎ Providing accurate and helpful information to clients regarding services offered.
∎ Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the authority.
