∎ Identify issues, provide information, and escalate when necessary.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and online chat promptly and efficiently.
∎ Process customer orders, forms, and other relevant data.
∎ Ensure appropriate follow-up on customer calls and messages.
∎ Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and other channels.
∎ Build relationships with potential new customers and assist in lead generation.
∎ Accurately store customer information in the database.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.
∎ Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service quality.
∎ Continuously work on service improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain a positive brand image.
∎ Job Type: Full-Time (Shift-based, including night shifts when required).
