Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
∎ Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests professionally
∎ Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
∎ Maintain customer interaction records and update the CRM system
∎ Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely customer support
∎ Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
∎ Handle customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the senior team when needed
∎ Assist customers with order placement, service scheduling, and complaint resolution
∎ Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer feedback
∎ Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support
