∎ Age 21 to 30 years.
∎ Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
∎ Good knowledge on Microsoft word & Excel.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & shifting duty.
∎ Ability to speak multiple languages, especially Bengali & English.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to handle different types of Banking software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Provide information about products and services.
∎ Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
∎ Maintain records of the Customers Query, Request & Complaints and analyze the data.
∎ Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of Banking Product & Services.
∎ Up sell products and services.
∎ Try to achieve monthly maximum KPI score.
