Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to lead a team.
∎ Must have the experience to work on CRM.
∎ Must have computer skill.
∎ Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently.
∎ Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
∎ De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
∎ Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer in a very effective manner adhering to company policies and procedures.
∎ Communicating with them through various communication channel channels, including email, social media, phone, or SMS.
∎ Provide accurate service, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Assist them if they are facing a problem and troubleshoot it. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
∎ Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via call.
∎ Use outbound calls to reach out to clients and verify service.
∎ Provide real-time assistance to the executives, especially new ones.
∎ Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer.
∎ It is important to have the ability to handle any situation.
∎ Implements quality, and customer-service standards.
∎ Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
∎ Collecting positive reviews from clients.
∎ Daily drop call back.
